spirit of this machine (unfinished)

filling  minds  with  wonder,
filling  hearts with hope,
willing nerves that  motor wander
tender  springs, pulleys,   ropes.

if human is the spirit of made machines
what could this motion  mean?
what does one  dare to dream?
what propels this organic machine?

to  find the  tender precision of
meaning, hope and wander
to  find the human of my human
certainly a  most  spirited endeavor.
